Alerting the residents !!!

Imagine you bought your new car a few days ago and this is the state of your car now. You would be up raged, won't you ?

There have been numerous cases of unreported petty crimes in your neighbourhood, Valley Street. Many of your neighbours are complaining of vandalism and pick pocketing occurrences. These petty criminals are getting away scot free and residents are starting to worry for their safety.

The picture above is the state of Miss Lim newly bought car being vandalized. "I cant believe how unlucky I am. I just bought this car last week. How can this happen to me? " , Miss Tan exclaimed.

You can prevent this from happening to you. Below are some advice for you guys to follow.

Crime prevention advice

1) Park your car close to your house in the driveway, or in front of a home.

2)Install car alarms in your car.

3)Be active in your community. Report what you see - you would want someone to do the same for you.

Safety tips

1)If you spot any suspicious character loitering around a car, observe him/her and if he/she continues to do so, call the police. Do not take any action on your own. You do not know what the person would do.

You can play a part to help improve the current situation.

1)Be active in your community. Report what you see - you would want someone to do the same for you.

2)Be a neighborhood volunteer patrol. It lets criminals know they are being watched and people are saying no to victimization
